Administrator
Software Limited
Overview
Our Vision
To develop leading edge software solutions that will help our
clients create and maintain a sustainable
competitive advantage.
Our Mission
To identify market opportunities where the automation of repetitive
and tedious administrative tasks will add economic value to the
communities in which we live and work.
Our Background
Our principals established themselves in the South African IT industry early in 1998 by providing Business Intelligence analysis and implementation skills. Soon after starting that business they realised that a market existed for top quality affordable software – particularly in the Human Resources Management and Development field. As a result they designed and created a software suite to be marketed under the “Administrator” branding and established Administrator Software Ltd. We are a South African company with a global vision and a broad spectrum of excellent IT skills.
Our Core Values
People are important to us so we will :
- take the time to listen to their needs;
- treat them with dignity and respect ;
- try to build them up in their skills, spiritual standing and personal work habits; and
- endeavour to help them maintain a balance between their, work, social and family lives.
We will strive, at all times, to :
- keep our hearts pure;
- keep our actions blameless;
- keep our ethical conduct beyond reproach; and
- maintain our moral integrity.
We will not compromise our principles for monetary gain.
We will always try to serve our clients and co-workers.
We will always give our best efforts to every task we undertake.
When we fail at any of the above we will apologise, make restitution, pick ourselves up and keep on trying.
